Work had taken over every aspect of her life; from dawn till dusk it consumed her, and other parts of her world suffered as a consequence. Switching off was a thing of the past, now her mind was constantly racing, like a speeding car with no brakes. At some point the car would have to come to a screeching halt, it couldn't be on the track forever, but without an airbag to cushion the blow would she wind up crashing head first through the wind screen?

Dutch producer Luca dell’Orso draws inspiration from the retro sounds of the 80s. His take on Italo disco and synthwave has caught the ear of several labels pushing these sonics including Bordello A Parigi, Red Laser Records, and Italo Moderni, to name but a few. Next up he makes his way to Ritmo Fatale for Drive Fast, Brake Hard. A five-track EP full of light and dark retrofurutist grooves, it's intended as a commentary on the current climate that we live in and how pushing oneself to the limit will lead to an inevitable breakdown.

In the dimly lit corners of a forgotten Belfast warehouse, whispers of John McIver's musical genius weave through the shadows like smoke, clinging to the remnants of vibrant parties long past. Once the heartbeat of Shine, (Belfast’s longest running house & Techno night), he’s now an invisible spector; his former aliases lingering like elusive ghosts in the minds of loyal followers and music connoisseurs alike.
Known for conjuring euphoric anthems that dance with the light; Viper Patrol has emerged as his favoured project, a name cloaked in both allure and dread. A darker facet of creativity, each release draped in hidden meanings and unsettling rhythms drawing listeners into a trance where pleasure and unease are intertwined. 
As the lights flicker in the club, the crowd swayed, entranced by Viper Patrol’s sinister melodies, like venom the music controlling their movements as it surged through their blood, their bodies, their souls.

No Static / Automatic kick off their 2025 schedule with a new release from a lynch pin of Northern Spain’s electronic music community as Fanzine’s Roi joins the roster with a relentless EP of raw, rave-drenched Electro built for sweat-soaked warehouse floors. Giving us a real feel for how Roi channels the untamed spirit of A Coruña’s rugged landscape, Arise EP is powered by kicking, deep sub-bass and pure raw, untamed energy.

A co-founder of Spain’s much respected Fanzine collective, these tracks were originally written for his live set at the 2023 festival edition. Known for pulling from a wide range of influences, Roi works through a dynamic range of hard-punching rhythms on Arise, ending with a crescendo of dense melodies in closing track Spite.

Adnan Khadra has been making waves since his 2022 debut at London’s iconic Fabric. With following appearances at the club’s Room 1 and 2, sharing the bill with the likes of Âme, John Digweed, Eagles & Butterflies, Mano Le Tough, Kerala Dust, and many more, but also releasing a collaboration with Pattn on fabric Records. Now unveiling Solar Visions, Adnan’s talent shines through in every detail, and we couldn’t be happier to support his growing reputation and rising artistic journey.

Opening the EP, Capricious Society has all it takes to be a hit: emotion, groove, carefully crafted synth stabs, melodic synth-escapades and driving arpeggiators, as well as ethereal sounding vocoders. One track made for those special and emotional moments on the dancefloor.

Dodi Palese takes Capricious Society to festival territory, its ostinatos taking center stage to transform the original into a hypnotic and powerful anthem with a relentless rise of energy. While the original track feels like an emotional dream, the remix adds the power factor to it.

Photons brings another facet of Adnan’s Solar Visions, with heady synths, soaring choirs, as well as epic and emotionally charged chord progressions.

Psychedelic Pina Colada brings is in a more percussive dreamscape, showcasing Adnan’s knack for intricate and catchy melodic patterns, acid synths, and celestial pads—topped off with a mesmerising flute-like lead.

Previously featured on Feed The Void’s fundraising compilation to support the ongoing humanitarian crisis in Gaza, Dreamweaver is a poignant closing statement about hope and resilience—serving as a positive reminder that music can inspire change, and hope for better days to come, and we believe through his music, Adnan is the perfect messenger for this purpose.

Adnan Khadra  - Capricious Society

Our favorite Black Martian has returned for another interstellar mission with Club Mackan. Mundo D, captain of the Cosmic Exploration team, embarks on a retro-futuristic odyssey, delivering three stellar tracks that navigate the Synthiverse between the realms of EBM and Italo Body Music.

Joining the crew on this voyage are Club Mackan captain Marcus Christiansen and Karl Draum, helping steer the ship through the vast Synthiverse, adjusting the course with their own cosmic interpretations.

The title track, Cosmic Exploration, launches with 80s-heavy EBM percussion and bass, paired with razor-sharp saw synths that slice through the atmosphere. Echoing elements of rave, progressive house, and trance, it’s a prime example of what we like to call Italo Body Music—driving, hypnotic, and yet catchy.

Music follows a similar orbit but veers slightly toward electro, while still harnessing the piercing energy of the saw synths. It’s a cosmic signal pulsing through the ether, charged with nostalgia yet wired for the future.

Rounding off the journey, Death Match is an intense collision of 80s influences fused into a modern powerhouse, its intricate arrangements ensuring that this sonic duel is one for the ages.

When Marcus Christiansen assumes control of Cosmic Exploration, the course shifts. The ride is smoother, yet curiously bouncier—propelled by iconic 80s snares and drifting somewhere between synthwave, trance, and piano house. A new trajectory, but still within the same constellation.

Meanwhile, as Karl Draum takes the helm of Music, the coordinates push further into trance territory. Have we crossed into uncharted space, or are we simply seeing the familiar from a new perspective? Perhaps you can help us decide.

Antoni Maiovvi is an artist like few others. “Knights of New Haven” summarises his unique ability and unparalleled range. 

This return to the Bordello reflects the influence of the West Coast Sound of the Netherlands as well as that machine music of his adopted home of the U.S. “Later Not Lately” bends bars above a throbbing kick, hi-hats ruffling the clean arcs of string. Echoes of Chicago and Detroit penetrate the EP. 

Melting melodies fold and oscillate under the crashing cymbals of “Slack Blabbath”, staggered synthlines jolted by tight percussion patterns. A brother-in-arms opens the flip, Danny Wolfers drafted in under his Legowelt moniker to turn his magic to “Later Not Lately”. Undulating undertones are sliced by serrated snares before a sordid TB303 is unsheathed, Wolfers’ soulful and squalid retelling of the original. 

“The Madness in the Method” closes. Fizzing static blurs drum patterns, a taut note piercing the dense bass fog. Teetering between the profound and the profane, Maiovvi pivots his horror disco trademark sound with driving house drums and devil-may-care grandeur. An EP of epic proportions.
