Deeparture needs very little introduction; a strong part of the Zerothree story since the inception of the label with his intelligent, genre breaking sounds. This time we officially think he has created a brand-new genre, bridging progressive, disco and pure vibes…. This is Dont Depend. 

Deeparture continues to release across the likes of Armada, This Never Happened, Sekora and more as he develops his well established and thought out sound. 2025 however was about change, and change is what he brings with this unique new record on Zerothree. Dont Depend is REALPROGDISCO… something that feels credible, fun, mature and iconic all at the same time. The ‘Meteor’ EP artwork is an aerial photograph of a small glacial river in the Jostedal Valley of Norway, taken by Jan Erik Waider. A fine art photographer based in Hamburg, Germany, Jan is known for capturing abstract landscapes of the northern latitudes. With a focus on water, ice, and intricate natural patterns, his work reveals the beauty hidden in the subtle details of the world around us.

A rapidly warming Arctic threatens not only sea ice and biodiversity but the stability of the entire planet. The 90 North Foundation (@90northfoundation) is dedicated to safeguarding the Central Arctic Ocean through science, education, and conservation policy. By supporting innovative research and advocating for ecosystem protections, they work to ensure this fragile, ice-covered region remains resilient in the face of climate change.

Teho - Meteor

Returning to Purified Records, rising talent CEAUS unveils his ‘Castille’ EP - featuring two cinematic cuts that showcase his distinctive melodic touch. The title track glows with rich textures and emotional depth, evolving into a sweeping, atmospheric journey. ‘Rush’ follows with crisp percussion and heady soundscapes, blending subtle energy with an immersive, introspective mood. Following his standout collaboration ‘Nova’ with Heard Right in 2024, ‘Castille’ marks another striking chapter in CEAUS’s rapidly rising trajectory.

Taken by Juan Mora, the ‘Castille’ EP artwork shows thriving coral reefs in Gorgona National Park in the Pacific Ocean, Colombia. A Colombian biologist, UW photographer, and expedition leader, Juan has dedicated his life and work to ocean advocacy. His camera serves as a powerful tool to share his passion and highlight the importance of protecting our planet.

To help protect places like Gorgona, supporting local, science-based efforts is key. Corales de Paz (Corals of Peace) is a Colombian non-profit leading participatory coral reef conservation by engaging divers, fishers, and coastal communities in monitoring and restoring reefs, they are building local capacity to ensure Colombia’s coral ecosystems thrive for generations to come.
