Some of my songs don’t always lend themselves to just voice and guitar, but this one really does — and it turns heads whenever I busk it on the street or play it at open mics.

Set in the fading light of Autumn, this song tells the story of two lovers slowly growing apart — choosing uncomfortable truths over comforting lies. It’s one of those songs that really breathes with just one voice and a guitar, and every time I play it at an open mic or on the street, it seems to stop people in their tracks.
