Chisom "Ziggy" Onwumere-Amadi, known artistically as Ziggy2Playa, is an Igbo-American musician, model, and multidisciplinary visual artist raised in Riverdale, Georgia. The son of Anthonia Amadi and Jude Amadi (no relation), Ziggy honed his creative voice at Georgia State University, where he studied visual art and served as Urban Music Director at WRAS, the university’s influential student-run radio station.

Immersed in Atlanta’s thriving underground scene, Ziggy both championed emerging talent and developed his own musical identity. He began writing and recording during the city’s storied “Department Store Era,” hosting and performing at key events that helped define a generation of local artistry. His magnetic performances have placed him alongside acts like Devin the Dude, Project Pat, Lil Uzi Vert, and others.

Ziggy's visual artistry extended beyond music. Under an undisclosed moniker and guided by mentors FRKO and Chilly-O, he became one of Atlanta’s most recognized underground street artists—known for bold, unflinching, and strategically positioned public works.

His creative expression also took shape in the world of modeling. Ziggy landed his first campaign with iconic streetwear brand SSUR, sparking a wave of bookings across Atlanta, New York, and Los Angeles. His distinctive look and self-styled flair eventually caught the eye of photographer Melissa Alexander, who captured two portraits of Ziggy that were later exhibited at the African American Museum in Philadelphia.
