Various reasons - mainly neighbour complaints of volume, and so much pressure on myself for perfectionism

4 recordings - changing tracks as they didn't sit right or I didn’t feel them etc - the more I worked on this for PERFECT - I kept cockin up x

It was a great comp, but a hard one -

Resonantia Setoensis: Carmina Saltatoria (2025) is a boldly contemporary dance album shaped by the creative vision of Kullamäe Productions and rooted in the living tradition of Setomaa. Built on kinetic beats, warm bass lines, and clean, modern synth textures, the album carries a clear ethno tint—melodic turns, call-and-response phrases, and atmosphere that nod to Seto musical heritage without pastiche. All songs are performed in the Seto language, with lyrics written by Rein Järvelill, whose concise imagery and rhythmic phrasing keep every track primed for the dance floor. The result is a cohesive journey where folk sensibility and club culture meet: immediate enough for DJs, rich enough for headphones, and singular in voice. “Resonantia Setoensis” is both a celebration and a forward step—proof that regional language and global dance music can amplify one another.
