Infected with the psy-virus ever since my first Alice im Wummerland party in 2015.
Decided to get into DJing/Producing to give something back to the community after attending an Open Air rave in 2016 and getting to know the people active in our local scene. Had my first gig a few months later on a private party and never got tired of sharing the energy and emotion that come with forest, darkpsy and eventually psycore since then. 

My style is mainly dependant on the location and time I'm playing as well as the people I'm playing for.

A night-time inspired project..

After having spent time in the dense forests of Sweden while also being drawn to heavy psytrance music in his youth. 
It didn’t take long before feeling an urge to share all the unheard tales of the forests to the world.

Somnus plays a wide variety of dark and forest psychedelic music, depending on the time he is playing and what kind of party it is. What caught his attention and stuck ever since is a more wild and experimental forest sound that is unpredictable. You could describe his sound as murky, groovy and funky, filled with powerful soundscapes and mind boggling leads.
