To mark one year of shows on RadiOzora, Dubmission asked one of their favourite DJ's, G.I.D. Groovalistic, to create a special two hour long mix. One bottle of wine later, his set celebrates all that's good about bass culture, with faster, groovy tunes at the beginning, a variety of styles in the middle, and more relaxed deep dubs at the end.

Solid Steel (14th March) Our guest in Hour 1 is Clap! Clap! who has a new EP 'Tambacounda' out now on the excellent Black Acre record label and has already been featured on the show. This mix showcases his musical style of researching and sampling tribes, bands and singers originating from the African continent with unreleased tracks, collaborations and remixes. Plus there's music from Italian film score legend Piero Umiliani, H-Sik, Debruit, DJ Earl and new Ninja Tune signing, Romare.

Born in New Zealand but now residing in Australia, the deep reverbs and
modulating filtering delays is where SUBSET calls home. After exploring
many musical genres, SUBSET re-established an acquaintance with dub, and
discovered a passion for minimal dub techno and dubtronica. The last few
years have seen SUBSET release a number of EPs and remixes on labels
such as Dimbideep, Deeptakt, Arctic Dub, Telrae, Dubmission Records,
Echogarden, Hello Strange, Superordinate Dub Waves, Tehnofonika, and his
own label The Dub Factory, along with curating the net radio station
Chillkyway.
