Ser Martin is a gem coming from Kazan, who grew up as a selector under the patronage of two Kazan musical meccas – the Werk art center and the Sol bar. After a six-month trip around the Transcaucasia, he revealed his talent as a producer – and now, with a light hand and heart, he adds his own handwritten tracks and remixes to his sets.

Participant in a thousand and one parties of his hometown sent a recording from that same hometown. The record was carefully kept for a long time since a dear and crazy OSM Night party from the summer of '22.

Serezha's recording is a kind of musical two-hour storytelling journey through the musical finds of a particular mood and feeling. It can be said that there is literally everything – booming dub, trance, house (of different calibers), friends' unreleases and undoubtedly voluminous bangers, and something melodic and tender to a number.

Ser Martin – самородок из Казани, выросший как селектор под патронажем двух Казанских музыкальных мекк – арт-центра Werk и бара Соль. После полугодового трипа по Закавказью обнажил в себе продюсерский талант – и теперь с легкой руки добавляет собственные рукописные треки и ремиксы в свои сеты. 

Участник тысячи и одной вечеринки в родном городе, прислал запись из того самого родного города. Запись хранилась долго и бережно, с дорогой душе и отвязной вечеринке OSM Night с лета 22 года. 

Запись Сережи – некий музыкальный двухчасовой сторителинг-путешествие по музыкальным находкам того настроения и ощущений. Можно сказать, буквально есть все – гулкий даб, транс, хаус (разных калибров), анрелизы друзей и несомненно объемные бэнгеры и что-то мелодично-нежное к ряду.

"В 2016 году я работал в медицинском колледже учителем английского. К тому моменту у меня появилось ощущение, что пора двигаться дальше, и я собирался увольняться. В тот период ко мне пришла мысль — мой псевдоним — Свет Который Издаёт Звук — и я должен своим ученикам что-то донести через музыку", вспоминает автор альбома, Игорь.

После увольнения Игорь стал записывать несвязные друг с другом отрывки текстов, которые в будущем стали складываться в песни. Подобный эффект мозайки происходил и с музыкой — сэмплы, лежащие в основе треков — музыкальные семена, услышанные ещё во времена учёбы в школе, стали прорастать и накладываться на стихи.

Конфетный Кувырок — это сборник любимых треков, стихов, состояний в период с 2016 по 2021 год. Сборник, который стал для Игоря кувырком с тёмной стороны на светлую.

Данный релиз — переиздание на кассете цифрового альбома, опубликованного в мае 2021 года. Первые шесть покупателей получат в подарок от автора оберег для дома.

“When I started to work on this track, I could not envision how it would turn out, I was just making it, bit by bit. After doing the first beats, I made the bassline using Reaktor. The sound and the sequence reminded me a bit of the old school stuff from The Hacker and David Carreta and the idea of inviting Kittin to do the vocals came to mind. She said she loved the track and she was gonna do the vocals and the result could not be better. I am a huuuge fan of hers going back many years and I have a lot of her records from when I started playing, right through to her recent productions. I remember when she went to Brazil about 15 years ago to play at one of the most loved clubs there at the time called Lov.e. I could not be there but I saw her on TV when she gave an interview on one of the country’s biggest channels. I vividly remember calling all my family to see it – I felt a huge admiration for her, her music, her style and everything about her. And I still do! I was a 17-year-old living in the Brazilian countryside at the time watching one of my idols on TV and could never have imagined that one day we would be doing a track together.
