Yoric Spick (Jaquarius). From his beginning as a DJ in free parties at the age of 15 to the live performances of today delivered with as much intensity as accuracy, Jaquarius didn’t just follow simple artistic urges. Indeed, after 4 years of electroacoustic studies at the Conservatory of Paris, and thanks to the progressive acquisition of various synths and machines, he remains in constant evolution by always trying to free himself from all kind of technical barrier and test new methods of creation, reflecting his music.
Shaping his acid music outside of beaten tracks in an almost organic symbiosis with his machines, Jaquarius keep dropping as intense as unpredictable releases on Acid Avengers, Lunar Distance, Tripalium Records, New Flesh, Tresor Kern, Hypnotik or even Narcosis Label, labels whose strong identity match his distinctive authenticity.

Originally from Pau, Lord Jalapeños is a French artist has been involved in musical production since his childhood. First by learning drums, he then plays in metal/hardcore bands. Then the discovery of François Dillinger's album "Chasing the red" and Dark/Sci-fi electro plunges him into a passionate relationship with electronic music. His progression is extremely fast, Lord Jalapeños already starts producing and has defined a well marked style. Influenced by artists such as François Dillinger, Jensen Interceptor, Mall Grab or Volruptus, his repertoire is extremely developed. One can detect a touch of darkness in listening to his work, especially explained by his passion for metal, and his influences from bands such as Earth Crisis, Knocked Loose and Kickback. This diversity of sound produces a mind-blowing result and a real authenticity that categorises him as a complete artist.

It feels like it's time to thank the people who continuously give me energy. No matter in which form. Whether as the music they produce, hugs, compliments, mistakes I've learned from, encouragements, critical feedback or just listening. This release goes out to all the people who have supported me on my path of life so far. I am very happy about the life I am allowed to live. 

The number 7. It represents my numerology and there are seven chakras in the body. 

As a child, my father often played something on the guitar or on the synthesizer to me. One melody of it was the one from "Time Shifting". I took a part of the melody and tried to create my own version, stretched in space and time. 

I have experienced that I can make music very well when someone else is sleeping in the room. That was the output from "While Dreaming Deep“. 

"Arecibo" is a message sent by humans into space. My interpretation of it originated in a small town of the Pacific Ocean in Chile. 

If there's one thing that definitely makes my heart race, it's coffee. On my way to Berlin I once had too much and had to convert this energy into a title. So I had a nice "Caffeine Morning" 

You can create your reality the way you want it to be. Faith is the strongest force we have. Create your own "Tidentity." 

It was my first time playing with VCV Rack and ended up producing kicks, „VCV Kicks“. 

A friend of mine asked for Gabber tracks on Facebook and the post got "8 Likes 39 Comments". Somehow I felt like making one track out of it too.
