Lavaud is a London-born singer-songwriter whose sound bridges continents and cultures. Rooted in her Mauritian heritage, she fuses the soulful rhythms of Zouk and Sega with contemporary R&B and Afro-fusion. Guided early by her musician father, she developed a timeless sound inspired by icons like Whitney Houston, Beyoncé, and Celine Dion.

Her debut EP King Vaud (2021) introduced her global fusion style, earning over 60 editorial playlist features, major UK radio rotation, and brand collaborations with H&M and Tokyo James. In 2023, Lavaud achieved international recognition with Roll On Me featuring Tiwa Savage, Reekado Banks, Kanis, and Patoranking — surpassing 10M streams and debuting on Billboard’s Global Digital Song Sales and U.S. Afrobeats charts.

Now, Lavaud enters a bold new chapter with Change Clothes featuring Pardison Fontaine (out Nov 7, 2025), blending drill energy with R&B sensuality to showcase her fearless evolution as one of the UK’s most exciting voices in global Afro-R&B.
