Opening track ‘Dub Free pt.3 (Rose line mix)’ is a masterfully produced and mixed dub techno groove by Hiss Is Bliss. With skills at this level, there’s clearly more to come from this French artist.

On the flip, USA born Bukkha, digs into the deep dub techno trenches with Dub Envelope. Situated at 115bpm, a tempo with much possibility, Bukkha hits the nail on the head with ease and exposes a different side to his usual output.

Closing out this carefully curated 3 track 12” - Bristol talent Somah signs off with a dreamy dub garage track titled Knot Up.

The Craft Music label is back after a one year break with some fresh new cuts by resident Marco Lazovic. It's an EP inspired by the sound of the English club scene in the nineties and noughties, labels like Good Looking Records and artists such as Mike Millrain. Opener 'Losin Control' sure is a compelling mix of electro and breaks that soars on cosmic lines with euphoric vocals in the distance. 'Come To London' has a distinctly garage feel to it with its crisp broken beats and there is more high energy but melody-rich breakbeat action in 'Dark Gravity' while 'Space Jazzy' is s super sweet and deep jungle cruiser.

Size 13 is back with their second label release, a 4 track of dub infused electro from Just Blakey. Channeling influence from Detroit to Jupiter, this young producer has carefully crafted and sculpted his sound to communicate through interstellar frequencies. The result is a crisp, spacey EP that will no doubt ripple through club systems.

Building suspense through robotic voices (created on the speak and spell featured in E.T!), squelchy synths and punchy drum beats, the EP shows off the maturity of Just Blakey's sound. Expect to hear more from this producer in the future!
