But after the heartbreaking loss of Yeti in 2024, JB was faced with more than just grief—he was called to purpose. What started as a musical partnership became a spiritual mission.

Now standing solo as JBdahIslandman, his sound carries not only the voice of one, but the legacy of two. His music reflects lived experience: pain, perseverance, spiritual warfare, and the redemptive power of God. He doesn’t just rap—he ministers. His bars hold weight, his hooks carry hope, and his purpose is crystal clear: to make Kingdom music that connects, convicts, and comforts.

But I no longer care about my name. For I am NOT my Past. Jesus Christ picked me up from the dark and dumps. I am 4 years Clean By Grace. The battle of the Flesh is far from over. But If My God is for me, Then What can stand against me?
