Minden zenei müfaj megéli a virágkorát egyszer, eljut a csúcsra, milliók hallgatják világszerte. Megszületnek a slágerek, amelyek évekkel később is hallhatóak különböző válogatás lemezeken, dúdolják őket az emberek, és ezekre a dalokra sok remix,  és feldolgozás készül a szakma elitjeinek tollából.

A zene nagy olvasztótégelyében a huszadik század életre hívta, a huszonegyedikben pedig töretlenül virágzik az eredetileg nem zenei fogalomként aposztrofált „lounge”. Legyen az jazz, nu jazz, chill out, bossa nova, easy listening, elektronika vagy pop, mindegyik müfajban alkottak már maradandót a jelen és az utókor számára.

DJ Zoohacker zenei koncepciója arra hivatott, hogy ezeket a slágereket összegyüjtve, átértelmezze a modern technika és profi zenészek közremüködésével,  a dj produkcióba ágyazva. Az adott rendezvény profiljától függően, a megrendelő választhatja ki, hogy milyen hangszert szeretne hallani, és hány zenész szerepeljen a produkcióban.

ZOOHACKER REMAKE ORCHESTRA 

A formáció 2011 elején alakult. Palásti Kovács Zoltán a.k.a Zoohacker egy speciális zenei vállakozása. A célkitüzés abból az alapötletbõl nõtte ki magát, hogy a már meglévõ, DJ-ként kedvelt és gyakran játszott számokat a legkülönbözõbb müfajokból átlényegítse.
A kiválasztott darabok teljes metamorfózison mennek keresztül. A hangvágásitechnika segítségével alkotórészeikre lesznek bontva, és a szubjektív szempontoknak megfelelõ egységek (loop-ok) kiválogatásra kerülnek. Ezekbõl az apró egységekbõl születik meg az a zenei alap ami már egy teljesen új szerkezetü kompozíció magját képviseli.
A munkafázis következõ és egyben legizgalmasabb része, hogy a meglévõ zenei alapok, mint isnspirációs forrás további hangszerelési folyamatokon mennek keresztül.
Itt lépnek szinre a Zoohacker Remake Orchestra tagjai, ahol a képtelen ötletek szabadságának, csak a kreativitás mértéke szabhat gátat.
Nincsenek müfajbeli határok, a mai elektronikus stílusok színe-java képviselteti magát.
Ambient, Chill-Out, Lounge, Ethno, Trip-Hop, Nu Jazz, Nu Funk, Post-Rock, Electro, Deep House vagy akár Techno, Zoohacker legénysége megtalálja az átlényegítés módját.

Here's the second bootleg from our 90s mix. Everything you hear in this one is from 1996. This may or may not be the final mashup we ever do, so lets all turn a blind eye just this one last time. To all you brow-raisers, keep that bushy little caterpillar above your right eyeball nice and low. In the spirit of the 90s (and even in the spirit of some classic Soulwax), here's another bootleg to add some nostalgia to your next hip hop soiree.

We weren't very old in '96, but we were certainly listening to to enough music to know what we enjoyed. Even to this day, Jamiroquai remains and inspiration to our productions. Look no further than Foreign Language to catch a few glimpses of Cosmic Girl. The 90s mix was inevitably going to be hip hop, but we wanted to somehow sneak in a few other songs that were instrumental to shaping the decade and our tastes. It worked out as one of the most fortunate coincidences that Hypnotize and Virtual Insanity were in key together. And we know how naff it can be to throw a Biggy acapella over anything, but in tribute to that particular year (and even decade), we had to pay respect to one of the best in the game.

As a fun side note, the drums are taken from The Fugees - Killing Me Softly (also from 1996). This bootleg is so jam-packed with 1996'ness, it's one Slap-band away from turning into a Troll Doll.
