The Cardinal, once was the ruler of the Empyrean World, until she was overthrown. When the world opened up, the Roaring Knight and their allies demanded she submit to their rule and oppose the Delta Warriors until the communion could be completed. Understanding the dire consequences of causing an imbalance of Light and Dark, she vehemently refused. Her defiance led to her overthrow, and the Roaring Bishop seized power, with her world's faith being distorted into a shadow of what it originally was.

And now, in a twist of fate... the ruler of the Dark World became an unexpected ally to the Delta Warriors from the very beginning.
