This is the penultimate Loving Room Floor Radio Show on 2XM and its a proper old school Irish Punk/Rock Show. I am calling an end to my time at 2xm to focus on the show on 'This Show Rocks' on  http://radioactiveinternational.org/.  So I am playing Irish bands that wouldn't usually get any air time on the National broadcaster.  Featuring: Stomach, The Steam Pig, Pincher Martin, Ciunas, Stress, Gout, Pet Lamb, Bambi, Female Hercules, Rudi, The Undertones, Protex, SLF, Therapy, KABINBOY, Puget Sound, Terrordactyl, Estel and Moutpiece.

The Loving Room Floor Punk Radio 119 7th June

Zorilla have been climbing the ladder of the Dublin Alt garage folk scene for so long now that it seems like they are the Dublin alt garage folk scene.  Their debut release entitled 'Songs in progress 2008' had songs featured on many radio stations around Ireland, including Icon on Phantom, who play listed the track ‘Empty Earth’. 
2009 saw the band play a regular monthly show at the Shed entitled ‘Earthquack’, which enabled them to try a whole new set every month and helped facilitate a more improvised and relaxed feel to the live music. 2010 saw the band firmly entrenched in studio activity, constantly trying new ways to recreate the live experience on record, to finally complete a satisfying general release…..
….speaking of which, 2011 promises to provide the platform for just that, starting with a downloadable version of the song ‘Bullboers’ in February. 
They may even be willing to make a public appearance, but then again, may not.
