..and for building the most epic Mainz-Frankfurt-Wiesbaden-Darmstadt-Köln-Berlin-Interdependence you could imagine 🧬

For my slot at saturday 4 - 6 pm after @dj-hoffnung and before @so_phya i tried to collect some pieces to create a sunny, dreamy, organic, percussive and still bouncy vibe in my attempt to match this impressive scenery 🌞🥁🎠 Im happy about every kind of feedback and hope you'll flow with it!

Die faszinierende Myrna aka Madmoiselle vom Wdlnds-Kollektiv dürfte einigen unter uns definitiv ein Name sein. Ihr Sound, der sich irgendwo zwischen Indie Dance und Disko bewegt, ist süchtig machend und sprichwörtlich eine Formel, die überall funktioniert.

Für unsere Nummer 296 hat Myrna aber etwas ganz spezielles, nämlich afterhourmässiges eingespielt. ✔️ Was sind deine musikalischen Einflüsse? Was ist dein musikalischer Hintergrund?

Musik im klassischen Sinne hat schon seit meiner Kindheit eine große Rolle gespielt. Von verschiedene Instrumenten und Musiktheorie über Kammerorchester,  Gesangsunterricht und Chor bis zum Musikabitur. 
Ich bin in Berlin aufgewachsen und ab meinem 18. Geburtstag war ich dabei die verschiedensten Festivals, Clubs und Sounds zu exploren. 

2021 durfte ich meinen ersten Gig spielen und seitdem geht meine musikalische Suche weiter - ich trenne meinen Podcast und meinen Gig-Sound :)
Daher hier etwas weihnachtlich-winterlich gemütliches <3 


✔️ Was macht deiner Meinung nach eine gute Afterhour aus?

Gute Freunde, gute Gespräche und gute Musik. Ein schöner Ort, an dem man sich wohl fühlen kann. Ein safe space. 
Früher Sekt, jetzt alkoholfreies Bier :)


✔️ Welche Gedanken magst du uns zu deinem Mix mit auf den Weg geben?

Für mich ist die Vorweihnachtszeit, geprägt von gemütlichen Lichtern, kuscheligen Decken, Chai Latte und einigen emotionalen Gedanken. 

Das vergangene Jahr reflektieren - das neue Jahr vorbereiten. Loslassen - Vorfreude auf das Neue schüren. 
Das möchte ich auch in meinem Podcast Wiederspiegeln. 

Habt euch alle lieb, passt auf euch auf und macht es euch gemütlich!
