Codeword is delighted to host Mavka (@mavkalisovaa)– Ukrainian DJ, producer and founding promoter of @dopamine_vibes and the ШАБАШ (“Sabbath”) party-series in Lviv, Ukraine. Mavka is a rising star within Ukraine’s burgeoning techno scene, playing at some of the country’s freshest underground techno festivals and clubs.  Mavka’s music is dark, deep and often-psychedelic, evoking the sounds of nature’s landscapes and underpinned by an intense drumbeat. Mavka’s 90-minute mix for Codeword on @threadsradio traverses ambient and hypnotic deep-techno, towards gritty and sexy sounds which conjure up the intensity of Lviv’s dancefloors.
