目の闇に
蝋燭をともす
熱い指のような焔
ゆらぎふるえる
考える火屋
影をあつめて焼き尽くす
溶けた蝋が目から流れる
目の縁の煤をはらう

You light a candle in the darkness of your eyes.
The fire of the candle is like an incandesced finger.
It flickers and trembles.
You are a thinking lantern.
You gather dark shadows and burn them away.
The candle melts and drips from your eyes.
I sweep away the soot on your eyelids.
