L'histoire remonte à loin quand les petites Corrêa, encore si petites, faisaient d'une caisse une scène, et d'un manche à balai un micro, au fond du jardin familial, dans le quartier de la Gavea à Rio de Janeiro.

Les années passent : Le succès est au rendez-vous, avec les 14 disques d'or qu'elles glaneront au cours de leurs carrières. En 2002, après une longue période de concerts, de promotion les soeurs Correa éprouvent la nécessité de se ressourcer, et elles repartent alors dans leur Brésil natal.

2009 marque leur retour en France avec leur participation à la tournée « 50 ans de la Bossa Nova » et l'enregistrement d'un nouvel album, « De Bach à Jobim » sur le label Dreyfus Music.

En 2012, près de 20 ans après la parution de leur 1er album en France, le Trio décide de rendre hommage à la chanson française, en interprétant à leur façon des classiques d'artistes emblématiques sur l'album « Doce França »
