gegen:gift aka s.maria kandert started his career 1996 as a Drum and Bass DJ and co-founder of the legendary Noise Club at Airport Wuerzburg, Germany, which is a world-wide known club due to its importance in the global electronic music scene.

Even then, gegen:gift brought Drum and Bass to a broad audience with his legendary deep electronic music sets, while he was intensively experiencing the formation, development and pioneer era of the Noise Club.

Later on, playing at the well known Vibration Club in Mannheim, Germany and diverse other clubs, s.maria kandert was renowned for his deep, moody and bassy sound, which never lost driving structure thanks to its playful, harmonic components.

Furthermore it is amazing in what extent he enriches and embellishes his sets through own productions and edits always anew. Not at least for that reason, it is always exciting and you can be curious this time as well.
