A new series with an old school twist. 1 More Thing gaffer NoDave Columbo is bored of conventional interviews so would rather grill his guests and find out more about them via his USB and tune collection. So he's calling up friends and kindred spirits for a sesh on the controls. 

All the fun of a B2B with no pressure of a dancefloor. This is purely about having fun with music and really getting to know each other on a different creative level. 

This time he's called up Lakeway!

Recorded in the hectic weeks building up to Lakeway's album release on 1 More Thing, this mix has quite a lot of context behind it... 

Work fatigue. Travel Anxiety Slightly iffy technicals. A few clangers. Unecessarily bright lights in an unecessarily dark studio neither of us knew. Neither of us have mixed together before but we know each other pretty well. Even the batteries ran out on the sound recorder half way through. 

You can feel the tension on this one! 

Not all B2Bs go smoothly! But we rose to every challenge in this unique 140-174 session and for that alone it makes it one of the best in the series so far.  Taking in grime, dubstep, house, breaks, garage, halftime, rave, jungle, dnb and some heaven-sent weird-ass categorizable shizzle in between, we cover so much ground!
