Here is the 345th chapter of the Deep Electronics serie. Released every two weeks the serie brings you a diversity into the abyss of deep electronic music. This time Ruben Boluda makes his debut on the serie with a genre called Break Tech. Off beat techno instead 4/4.

About Ruben Boluda:
Born in Valencia, Spain, Ruben Boluda has been active in the underground techno scene for more than two decades, since the end of the 90s.

He started his career as a trash-metal guitarist in the early 90s, and was seduced by the underground electronic music in 1998, when he became Dj Boluda. He continued his musical project by creating his own collectives (Educative Sounds and Pi) organizing quality underground events, parties and raves all over the Region of Valencia. Meanwhile, he also alternated his work as a Dj and an event producer, with his job at vinyl record stores like 3mv-disc unit or Subway.

Dj Boluda quickly turned into a key figure in the Valencian scene, performing regularly at different parties and becoming a dj resident in some famous clubs in Valencia city. He has been fortunate to share the decks with many talented and internationally recognised DJs and producers like Paco Osuna, Nacho Marco, Circulation, Paul Ingall, Pascal Kleiman, Ángel Molina, Estrato Aurora or Fran Campos among others.

Drinking from the fountain of funk and soul, and having absorbed the teachings from the classics, Chicago House and Detroit Techno, he has cultivated his own personal and unique electronic dance music style. His music invites you to travel through a combination of deep house, minimal and tech-house, the styles that he liked the most.

Nowadays, after a 5-year break, his time has come. He is back with renewed energy, and ready to explore new paths in the deepest and most mental underground electronic music.

Kamil Kowalczyk is an accomplished electronic musician/audio artist who    has been experimenting with electronic music and sounds since 2002. Originally from Poland, Kamil is currently based in Edinburgh, Scotland, from where he produces his cutting edge music and performs live to spellbound audiences across Scotland and beyond. 
Kamil has always been interested in sounds, particularly “electronic sounds”, ie those created through using artificial devices like synths or through of the synthesis of different kinds of sounds, or “anything in-between”.
Since childhood he has had a fascination for listening to the sounds that surround us, the sounds created by nature, by machines, by everyday devices and everything which seems “unusual”.
His first experiments with sounds came in 1996, when he began to use a simple old Casio keyboard and a tape deck, playing around and producing random-sounding “noise” and “drone”, without knowing the terms for such
things existed.
Around 2002 he started working with computers and software to compose his music and experiment with sounds. Since 2006 he has released ten albums in mp3 format on the renowned US net label ‘Zenapolae’. 
In 2010 Kamil made his live debut, playing atmospheric and boundary-breaking gigs to audiences at various venues in Scotland, Ireland, England and Poland. In the same year he also established his very first label, ‘Prototyp Produktions Ltd’, as a platform to release and promote his music  and other audio visual works which will appear in the future. 
He is also running a concert series in Edinburgh called “Soundscapism”, a series of performances which are focused on ambient, drone, soundscape
and space electronic music.
