1,000,000 Light Years is the solo project of Patrick Hangauer, former KU Music Department student and longtime bassist for Fourth Of July.
He has released two EP's on Range Life, 2007's 'S/T' and 2012's 'Your Spaceship Awaits You, My Love' plus a self-released EP on Bandcamp, 2012's 'Rainbow Keys'.
1,000,000 Light Years has done remixes for White Flight, Suzannah Johannes and Say My Name, videos for 1,000,000 Light Years, ABUELA and Coke Weed X and Produced the track 'Meet Me Out' on Dri's album 'Smoke Rings'.
