Daughters of water, clouds live in the magical world of the sky, Flying and watching over the earth from above.
Swollen and candid they float capturing the looks and the thoughts of those who live below.
Soft and delicate, the sunlight redraws the edges and gives the clouds colors of different shades, accompanying them on their aimless journey dragged by the wind, until evening when a gray veil covers the wanderers of the sky.

Ambient Australian sounds are the name of today's premiere game as we welcome Mara, a key figure in Sydney's experimental scene to our platform. Her album, titled ‘At Every Corner’ is the first on fellow Aussie label, Pure Space and comes via their home listening series. Stretching through seven tracks, Mara guides the listener along a journey steeped in field recordings, snippets of past performances, spoken word and more.

Tokyo In 30,000 Steps tastefully combines several of Mara’s performances into one as the song progresses. Beginning with bird-like synth trills, and disembodied voices murmuring in the background. A feeling of energy persists and scattered attention spans fill the space. Almost as soon as it starts, a sudden change occurs, and darker, drone-like melodies emerge. Like a light and dark, contrasting moods, a call and response to symbolize the frenetic nature of today's lives.

Tokyo In 30,000 Steps and in turn, the remainder of Mara’s album will be released on September 19th.

Our next premiere is from good friend Darris Hopper on the brilliant mexican label Secuencias Temporales. This stellar release is poised with atmospheric techno, broken beats and sultry layers of warmth. 'Desert Flower' is a majestically floating piece that weaves between atmospheric techno and half time dnb with its beautiful percussions and growling low ends. Definitely my favorite on the release.

Is all about the experiences we feel when in contact with Nature...
We are so used to living in the matrix that we don't realize how much we need to re-establish connections with ourselves and mother earth.

This work is a way to describe how a simple morning hike between the sand of the desert and the mediterranean sea in a natural park in southern Spain can touch our deepness and make us feel that huge and strong connection with nature.
