The third of Sevag’s consecutive releases with internationally acclaimed UK dance label imprint, Cr2 Records, is a remix collaboration with noted Miami based producer, Henrix. The two have teamed up once again to present their rendition of Jumpstar "We Did Alright" featuring the vocals of the legendary Ron Carroll. 

Jumpstar "We Did Alright" (Henrix & Sevag Remix), out on Beatport September 8th, 2014, is a dirty progressive tune with sassy horns and a groovy bass line. Ron Carroll’s smooth vocals mesh effortlessly with this unique fusion of big room and underground elements; In fact, this track is the perfect soundtrack to close your Summer off with a bang. Early support has been remarkable including a premiere by DJ Danny Howard on BBC Radio 1.

This summer proved to be a turning point for Sevag as he continued to build on a hugely successful 2014 campaign in the form of several strong Beatport chart-topping releases and a series of packed-out shows all across the tri-state area. With many more exciting announcements in store for the Fall and Winter season, be sure to catch Sevag at his residency for the highly anticipated launch of Mister East, Season 3.

Hoffnung (vgl. mittelniederdt.: hopen „hüpfen“, „[vor Erwartung unruhig] springen“, „zappeln“) ist eine zuversichtliche innerliche Ausrichtung, gepaart mit einer positiven Erwartungs­haltung, dass etwas Wünschenswertes in der Zukunft eintritt, ohne dass wirkliche Gewissheit darüber besteht. Das kann ein bestimmtes Ereignis sein, aber auch ein grundlegender Zustand wie etwa anhaltende Gesundheit oder finanzielle Absicherung. Hoffnung ist die umfassende emotionale und unter Umständen handlungsleitende Ausrichtung des Menschen auf die Zukunft. Hoffend verhält sich der Mensch optimistisch zur Zeitlichkeit seiner Existenz.
