The second collaboration between Murder Channel and "Q Hayashida" is a perfect fusion of music and illustration!

Q Hayashida is the author of the manga "DOROHEDORO" (to be animated by Netflix in 2020). We did our first collaboration in 2020.It was supported by fans of various subcultures, especially music and manga.

This time, we aimed for an even deeper fusion of illustration and music and enlisted the participation of a wonderful group of musicians.

The set includes a hoodie and poster with a special illustration by Q Hayashida, and a compilation (DL code) of music based on the inspiration from the illustration.

The hoodie features an illustration by Q Hayashida and the Murder Channel logo. The posters are based on illustrations that the artists actually saw.
All of the compilation contain songs that were created based on the illustrations. This compilation will never be streamed or sold digitally in the future. It will only be available on this set.

Outside of producing new songs, I have been getting some amazing music from my fellow producers. I wanted to record a new set in order to hear some of these choons in my car and on my travels. It felt great to get behind the CDJ's and just "blow off some steam". I get a bit more deep than typical in this set, but still I hope that you enjoy what I have thrown down here. He sent us ‘Everywhere I go’, a Jazz inspired mash of sounds carefully pieced together to create Howie’s signature sound. The Beijing based artist kept himself busy after the Borderless Shadows’ EP dropped, touring across Asia with Vice, starting a new EP & currently playing on a rooftop in Rio, Brazil. Whatever is next to come from Howie, we can promise he’ll never repeat one particular style when it comes to musical approach.

Our goal, was to create once again a unique physical project to deliver you this unconventional album by the french producer 2methyl. As we heard on his first full album Layer 8, he is definitely an example of creativity.

Etched assembled some complex and detailed sound design structures, around many different styles. His futuristic dark drum n’bass and IDM identity, reaches for Agnost1k some advanced aspects of his Art.

This album delivers a fine experimental and industrial way of playing with all the muscial environnements of this concept. The listeners will appreciate a high level of production which includes some deep field recordings and a slight touch of modular synthesis. For those who know 2methyl on stage, you will also recognise the impressive percussion’s work directly recorded by the drummer Youlé.

We also want to draw the attention on various tracks like « Cross » which includes a featuring with Kdeath from the US Hip Hop band, Moodie Black. Germanium with it's jazzy rhythm or the tecknoid track « tech2 » finished the global creative process of this golden etched concept.

Agnost1k has decided to release this album into a limited 50 collector copies. A special gold edition of our handcrafted CD box.

Drum’n’bass stronghold end.user resurfaces with two years after he joined HANDS with the much-praised “Enter to Exit” album. 
This 7 track EP further refines said albums agenda of putting amens and breaks into a context of atmosphere and emotion - mood music, but also upfront tunes peering at the dance floors.

Immersive and melancholic is the backdrop of “Resurface”, with the stabs kicking off the good half hour release proper, and “A Bell in Hell” manages to increase the suspense by using a simple hook. “A Familiar Face” makes a distant ethno reference, before the 2methyl-collaboration “Rotation” cranks it up with somersault kicks. “Red Line” combines an eerie slasher hook with firm crossbreed kick drums, before “State of Process” and “Cracked Mirror” – a collab with newcomer TrashEater – explore the more “core” aspects of break. 

One cannot fail to notice that end.User brings a remarkable dexterity and passion to his music, so let’s just be thankful for his resurfacing!
