Im goldenen Licht des Morgens werden Himmel und Erde eins. Wie genau das vonstatten geht, das kannst du auf der India EP nachhören. Denn Zigan Aldi liefert hier zwei Tanznummern von wahrlich epischer Größe ab. Laut einer alten Sage war Nemrut ein König, der Frieden zwischen Himmel und Erde herbeiführte. Deshalb ist ein Berg in der Türkei nach ihm benannt – und nun auch ein Stück Tanzmusik. Letzteres funktioniert wie der Aufstieg auf jenen Berg: Es geht immer weiter nach oben, es eröffnen sich immer neue Perspektiven auf die umliegende Klanglandschaft, und es macht sich ein immer stärker werdendes Gefühl von Harmonie bemerkbar. Orha Broka wiederum ist der hebräischen Sprache entlehnt und bedeutet das Licht des Morgens. Dieser Titel verbindet auf den Punkt gebrachten Groove und hintergründige Psychedelik mit entrücktem Gesang. Natürlich gibt’s dazu auch Remixe. Mollono.Bass schlägt für seinen erdigen Nemrut Remix Sitar-Klänge an und erzeugt dadurch einen unterschwelligen Hauch von World Music. Und der gute Umami setzt in seinem Orha Broka Remix den Akzent etwas weniger auf Melodie und dafür etwas mehr Rhythmus.

Zigan Aldi delivers two dance tracks of truly epic dimensions. According to an old legend, Nemrut was a king who made peace between heaven and earth. That's why a mountain in Turkey is named after him – and now also a piece of dance music. This piece of music is like the soundtrack for a climb up that mountain: It's a steady rise, opening ever new perspectives on the surrounding soundscape, while at the same time the listener is overcome by an ever growing feeling of harmony. Orha Broka on the other hand is Hebrew and translates to the light of the morning. This track blends enraptured chants and a subliminal psychedelic vibe into highly functional groove. Of course there's remixes, as well. For his Nemrut Remix, Mollono.Bass introduces a subliminal feeling of World Music by adding the sound of a sitar. Umami delivers a remix of Orha Broka that puts a little less emphasis on melody and a little more emphasis on rhythm.
