Es schien ja beinahe so als hätten wir bei dem ganzen Slackdiving unseren Familiennachwuchs aus den Augen verloren. Stimmt nicht! Gut Ding braucht Weile und so ein Schwesterlein macht sich eben nicht von ganz alleine. Am Ende zählt das, was rauskommt und dies hier ist Besonders Gut, »Bravo«!

Überglücklich und mehr als stolz präsentieren wir unsere neue Luettje: »Mit Uns« - »Champagne For The Champs Pain«. Zweimal ganze Sieben voll mit ausgedachten und gesungenen Lieders con Cornelio Del Vogel, Davide Di Ehrenfeld und Paolo El Ketzo, ihrerseits alle hinlänglich bekannt seit mindestens Montagssorbet#4. Aufgenommen während ihrer 24-monatigen Welt- und gleichzeitiger Abschiedstournee enttäuschen die Stücke auf musikalischer Ebene vollends. Macht aber gar nichts, denn das blitzblanke Aussehen einer der zwei Dreien schallt noch bis in die letzte Rille.

DJ Farrapo is an eclectic Italian DJ whose sets range from bossa nova to D&B. His 2017 'Nu Swing Experience' album did exactly what it said on the tin, but here four tracks from the album are treated to quite radical remixes. Morru's rerub of 'The Dream Becomes Dirty', for instance, blends dancehall and calypso influences, while DJ Martiotta & Drumgenius rework 'Good Life To You' into a Latin funk workout with hip-hop vocals. Abraham Licorne's take on the same track maintains the electro-swing feel but ups the tempo and beefs up the beats, while finally Sound Nomaden take 'It's Getting Late' to the house floors.
