About the mix
This mix ranges across some of my go-to styles from 140-170 featuring a grip of artists and labels I respect. There are about 10 bits in here that are unreleased and the rest is fresh as can be! I aimed to focus this mix more on the longer blends and working with tracks that would accent the vocal parts of the other tracks in a complimentary way.

Cody Hiestand aka Heisty is a DJ from Portland, Oregon and is a co-founder of Sublimate Records founded in 2014. Their style is not confined to any specific genre or bpm, but rather they have an idealistic vibe when it comes to their sound. Heisty is also the US Booking Agent and Talent Manager for Triple A Talent based in Vancouver, BC.

N-Type: System Warm Up with V.I.V.E.K. & Headland - 14th February 2019

Easily one of my favorite KM tracks, this is a deep and mystical track featuring a powerful sample from the 2007 film, Zeitgeist. Just as MC Toast says in one of the clips, "This one deep." indeed it is. As mysterious as the track is, so is its background. There isn't any information on it anywhere, and its only been played a couple of times by Youngsta on Rinse. Only 1 clip of the intro exists, so enjoy it with Toast on it.
Si if you're reading this, I'll do absolutely anything for this tune - perhaps it could be the next The Things They Left Behind release? It doesn't have to be vinyl, anything will do. Please consider it.
