When do you know you’ve made it as a DJ? DJ Minx shows us there isn’t one right answer, and that success might not just hit you one day. The Detroit native has ebbed and flowed with her career in a very non-linear fashion. Despite being a staple in the dance music scene for over three decades now, Minx didn’t fully commit herself to music full-time until just a couple years ago, a stark reminder that success can come at any point. With an exciting year coming up, including the release of a lot of new music, as well her own stage takeover at Detroit’s Movement Festival this May, Minx is poised to have her best year ever.
