Hot on the heels of the A-Sides Volume 5 compilation, Enrico Sangiuliano makes his return to Drumcode with his highly anticipated EP ‘Moon Rocks’. The heavy hitting four track EP shines a light on Sangiuliano’s tight, thundering production skills. The hoover heavy lead track ‘Moon Rocks’ is packed with booming percussion, intricate synths and brooding crescendos. The EP encapsulates Sangiuliano’s wide spectrum of sounds ranging from the fat bass line of ‘Moon Rocks’ to the more delicate harmonies shown within the ‘Dutch Kiss’ mixes whilst ‘Ghettoblaster’ sits somewhere in between.

With "VA - Outworld 001", the Berlin-based artist Klangkuenstler sets the tone for his new label 
venture of the same name, delivering a blueprint of techno that is futuristic in feel, yet firmly rooted 
in the analogue aesthetics of its heritage. In consequence, Outworld embodies a timelessness, 
which runs parallel to its mission statement – to take the listener deep into the outer realms and 
beyond.
Klangkuenstler's own stellar contribution, 'Supernova', is central to this essence, both in name and 
sound: the textured, high-velocity drum programming bursts with energy and propels the track 
forward relentlessly, while a transcendental synth dances amidst eerie pads and a squelching acid 
bass-line.
'The Evolution', by Manchester's Rudosa, also reaches for a higher sphere by way of a crystalline, 
ever-morphing lead that stretches towards infinity in its climax. Rumbling underneath, heavily 
pounding drums add balance, while acting equally hypnotic.
Hush & Sleep from Maastricht then conclude the odyssey with 'Nio', a muscular builder, consisting 
of dynamic cyber-strings looped endlessly above a fiercly galloping groove. As washes of white 
noise and hi-hats take off into space, it's evident that the EP ends with a third definition of one 
specific feeling: Outworld.

Pleasurekraft return to Drumcode on remix duties after a 2 year hiatus with all engines on the Cosmic Techno ship firing.  Big-room atmospheric drums and an infectious call and response hook intertwine with Green Velvet's otherworldly vocals to produce a new highly visceral and steroid injected version of the original.  The "Space Date" remix marks the sixth collaboration between the seminal purveyors of the Cosmic Techno sub-genre, Pleasurekraft, and Chicago's iconic dance music pioneer Green Velvet. 

The remix initially came about after Drumcode head Adam Beyer heard Pleasurekraft's "Welcome to the Universe" EP [Kraftek] at the end of 2018.  A huge supporter of the Swedish/American production duo, Adam felt so inspired by the whole EP, especially "Main Sequence" that the opportunity for Pleasurekraft to take their love of all things space related lent itself naturally to the thematic elements in Green Velvet's vocals. 

The track's spine is built around a hypnotic groove that is anchored to a single word from the original's vocals : "ecstasy" and slowly builds to the first climax of the record where the listener finally hears Green Velvet's vocals in full for the first time.  However it isn't until the second break of the track that the power of the remix is finally unsheathed, resetting the groove and building up to a second swell featuring a duo of call and response melodies between the lead hook and a lower end bass that takes the intensity of the track up another notch - ultimately culminating in complete silence that gives way to the remix's original heartbeat and repeating mantra: "ecstasy". 

Taking over a month of studio time to complete, it was road tested for the first time at Pleasurekraft's Fabric London gig, where there was no shortage of inquiries as to the ID of the record.  This soon became a repeating theme after Adam Beyer first included it on DCR446 and played it during both of his Ultra Miami (Resistance) sets, including his closing b2b set with Maceo Plex who loved the track so much he proceeded to get his own copy and play it during his own solo set one week later at Time Warp in Germany.  

Multiple clips of the remix have already gone viral on various social media and blog outlets, with no shortage of fans waiting anxiously for the June 24 release date on Adam Beyer's own Drumcode Records. In Adam Beyer's own words, Pleasurekraft are "setting new standards" with their continued foray into the Cosmic Techno sub-genre they continue to define.

Acutek is a DJ / Producer from the Scottish Highlands and winner of numerous competitions including Scotland’s National DJ Battle in 2014. In 2016 Acutek was a finalist for House the House competition for Last Night a DJ Saved my Life Charity.

With cuts of house, techno, disco his sets are unpredictable and energetic. Acutek has been billed on rosters alongside industry leaders such as Pleasurekraft, Bontan, ANNA, Stefano Noferini, Tommy Four Seven, Ramiro Lopez, T78, Mark Broom, Hans Bouffmyhre and Lex Gorrie. Acutek’s sets demonstrate his ability in track selection and a variety of platforms ranging across vinyl, CDJs, and live hardware jams.

Acutek has been playing events all over Scotland including club nights Ritual, SLVR, Exklusive, Hectors House in Edinburgh and Good Vibrations, Glasgow over the years. Festival appearances have been a regular occurrence with Acutek playing Mothers Ruins at Belladrum, Shenanigans, Groove Cairngorm and Mugstock.

In 2017 Acutek returned to Mugstock to debut a live hardware set playing his own productions with synths layered over the top.

His debut EP ‘Parrot’ released on Space City Recordings gaining support from Dimitri Pike who is part of the Detroit Techno Militia. In the summer of 2017 his track ‘Icy Path’ has been released as part Arboreal Summer, Vol. III various artists compilation on Gibbon Records.

In March 2018 his ‘Darkside EP’ was released on Biotech Recordings holding the #1 spot on Beatport’s Hardcore/Hard Techno releases for 7 days, gaining support from Luigi Madonna, Worda, TKNO, Cristian Varela and Mark EG.
