SPURI debuts on Unrilis with a jackin' techno EP that has peak time energy.

He joins Unrilis following a release on the record label's sister imprint Loose, and his music can be found on other respected techno outlets such as Dense & Pika's Kneaded Pains, Simina Grigoriu's Kuukou, and Christian Smith's Tronic.

"Sucexx" has hypnotic percussion and gritty synth stabs laying a foundation for trippy vocal phrases.

Founded in 2000 by Spanish techno icon @cristianvarela, the now esteemed Black Codes Experiments imprint has, over the past two decades, forged itself a firm reputation as one of the most prestigious, forward-thinking labels on the international electronic music circuit.

Home to some of underground techno’s biggest hitters (Regis, Mark Broom, The Advent, Ken Ishii, Takaaki Itoh, Tensal, P.E.A.R.L and Arnaud Le Texier to name just a few) and often given the same reverence as labels such as Tresor, R&S and Music Man, what Cristian and his label partner Ian Axide have built over the past twenty years is nothing short of remarkable.

Now, as the label looks to continue this fine run of form into the new decade, Cristian’s long time label mate Ian Axide unveils his incredible new EP ‘Close To Hell’. A four-part package showcasing the very best in underground techno, Ian’s EP will be released on April 24. 

Best known for delivering highly experimental sounds and hypnotic atmospheres with a uniquely underground treatment, Black Codes represents a beacon of consistency and musical innovation as it continues to earn widespread international support from a growing legion of dedicated fans and techno followers the world over.

The legend that is DJ ESP aka Woody McBride, needing no introduction, who gives homage to our label with the title of his great track, the rising star Wht Moth, Italian producer residing in Berlin, who is making a lot of noise in the scene recently, and the veteran producer Aaron TP, who is back on top form in the last couple of years. French born artist Felicie joins the Soma ranks with an outstanding debut release with the Daddy Issues EP. With tracks appearing on compilations and VA’s, Felicie’s first full solo outing shows why this upcoming and coming DJ/producer is a force to be reckoned with. One of the new breed of French Techno exports, Felicie’s sound is forged in the harder edges of Techno with elements of Rave and Industrial cut in for good measure. 

Title track Daddy Issues is a straight forward, no nonsense dance floor burner. Short and cutting vocals cuts give an air of defiance as thundering drums drive hard. UK Techno don Cleric’s interpretation of Daddy Issues delivers on more groove and functionality whilst still retaining the hard hitting qualities of the original. Camgirlz keeps up the pressure with EBM & Rave influences prevalent throughout the track's main hook. First Date In The Dark Room is a decisive closer to this EP and leans on slightly more deeper, melodic elements but still has Felicie’s drive and aggressive stance.

Dj e produttrice francesce con background musicale molto etorogeneo, tanto che per 10 anni ha suonato violino e pianoforte influenzando molto l'orecchio con musica classica.
La scoperta dell'elettronica sfonda confini del suono che vuole assolutamente esplorare portandola a creare i propri suoni e i propri samples con i sintetizzatori.
Ispirata dal paradosso dell'universo, cercando di connettere la luce all'oscurità che sono l'opposto e la stessa cosa, caratterizza le sue produzioni e i sui mix con un tocco rave e dark che sfocia spesso in attimi di luce ed energia, creando quel contrasto sensoriale che cattura l'ascoltatore e risveglia le menti con finezza.

MŌKSHV | FROM OUTER SPACE | Rebel Selection #14

Harmoniser debuted on Coincidence a few weeks ago with a track on the Twelve compilation, and now returns with a fully fledged EP. 'The Dead Are Alive' is a three-track release that is bound to wake up a couple of corpses. 

Title track The Dead Are Alive starts with a seemingly deep intro but quickly turns into an absolute monster that will bite you in the nabs like a zombie on brain deprevation. '92' on the other hand takes it to... well... 1992 with a nice rave aesthetic without sounding cheesey. Absolutely a belter. Closing track 'Prisoners' is something that will drill any dance floor to the core. Pounding beats and uncompromising drum stabs. 

We hope you like it, and love the amazing sound from Misjah's mastering art.
