Emerging from the depths of the unknown @vituscurse is about to be summoned. Destined to set every gathering in motion, the freshly started label-collective’s first release comes in two parts "Sonus Noctis“ and "Sonus Diēi“ representing the sound of both, night and day featuring 17 artists with a total of 20 tracks. 

With a journey from diverse rave atmospheres to vivid after hour euphoria we proudly present our meticulously curated selection of modern, dynamic club sounds settled in and around the realm of Techno. That being said, we’re more than prepared for the resurrection of a post-pandemic rave culture and we hope to see you, soon. Brace yourselves, the movement starts now.

Both, as founder of vitus' curse and as artist Not Modest makes his debut with his first official release via vitus' curse. Full of energy his latest track "Inner Unrest" unleashes melancholic euphoria embedded in a fading '90s-Trance-ish tapestry of sound led by driving drum rhythms. Ably leading the way through a nostalgic after hour journey it just seems to be perfect to induce utterly exciting moments and a tangibly good vein.

Fascinated by the world of sound design and the sheer endless diversity of contemporary Techno, Berlin-based Not Modest developed both, his production style as well as his burning passion for performance and curation as a DJ over a decade. Having played venues like the legendary Tresor Berlin, E-Werk, Anomalie Art Club, Else, Re:mise in Berlin as well as Viennas infamous Grelle Forelle and numerous other underground clubs and festivals, the young German gained quite a lot of experience, perfectly sharpened his sense for the dance floor, and proved his devotion to the night.

After organizing different local event series in South Germany he founded his record label Vitus‘ Curse in 2020 and steadily makes his way on the radar of the national scene ever since. Followed by his first official releases “Inner Unrest” and “Fainted Signs” on his in-house imprint besides a new era of artists like Lifka, Egotot, Kalte Liebe, Chlär, The Chronics, Franz Jäger, Blanka, and many more he now finds himself surrounded by a flourishing and aspiring network within the everchanging international scene.

With energy, diverse selections, and the element of surprise up his sleeve he captivates the audience with driving underground Techno, classic peak-time belters, and unheard electronic gems. True to the motto "please and tease", each set thus becomes a rolling but vivid journey through the multi-faceted soundscapes of the spectrum of Techno. With tons of sound and ideas waiting in the wings the story of Not Modest is only about to start – brace yourselves.
