A regular at the Vision Ekstase parties at Stuttgart’s Lehmann Club, Rove Ranger now joins the imprint following his debut on Android Muziq released earlier this year. 

‘VISION II – CONVOLUTION’ succeeds David Lohlein’s enthralling opener on the imprint that continues to pick up traction amongst some of techno’s most revered names including the likes of Ben Sims, Efdemin, Randomer, Luke Slater, Amelie Lens and many more. 

The simple yet effective opener, ‘Secrets We Kept’ features a catchy melody combined with a heavy kick drum and scattered Hi-hats before ‘Dish You’ turns tables with heavy percussions and ghetto vocals, perfectly suited for peak-time purposes. While the A-Side is influenced by present techno styles, the B-Side taps into the nostalgic realms of the genre. The highly energetic ‘Endless’ introduces relentless highs, driving oscillations and catchy yet groovy rave synths until ‘Unstable Current’ closes the EP with catchy string pads in combination with a sparkling acid line and revolving modulations.

To celebrate hitting their 20th release, Cleric’s imprint pulls together 23 talents for an essential various artist compilation including tracks from the likes of Rebekah, Cleric, Stef Mendesidis, Remco Beekwilder & Stranger, Endlec, Kwartz, Setaoc Mass, Roman Poncet, Slam and many more.

Clergy has become synonymous with a balance of atmospheric and hard hitting brand of techno ever since 2014. The boss's own music has been key to that, with carefully curated releases from guests such as Dax J, Kwartz, Reflec and Cleric himself. Helping to make the label an underground favourite. ‘Clergy Visions 01’ sees Cleric invite an array on techno heavyweights to contribute to this compilation that’s mixed by the label boss himself.
Things open up with the bleak ambience and fizzing electric cables of Jokasti & Nek's 'Grained' then Sept's 'Artifical' lays down a tunnelling techno groove that immediately locks you in. The mysterious alias, Reizemann heads off to a cosmic realm with its deep space pads slowly building the momentum throughout the drums. The energy levels then stay high throughout tracks from Roman Poncet, Kwartz and Setaoc Mass, then leading onto the groove of Stef Mendesidis.
Testament to Cleric's skills as a DJ and sequencer is the fact this journey is constantly evolving while remaining coherent. A mid- section featuring the likes of Endlec, Sleeparchive and EAS keeps you on your toes with perfectly stripped back but hard dynamic drum programming and intense melody work. Remco Beekwilder & Stranger bring a more hard hitting and industrial style before Slam calm the fires once more allowing you to sink into a smooth, elongated roller. It's left to the dystopian darkness of Rebekah and atmospheric techno brilliance of Lerias to close out this most adventurous mix in real style.

The Brvtalist is pleased to premiere new tracks from Irshad Hussein and Michal Jablonski. The Azerbaijan-based artist contributes “Ascension”  and the Polish producer delivers “On Own Beach” to the huge new various artist release, Ritual Act II on Prophet Recordings. The compilation brings together 16 artists from around the world which all share the same feeling of mental, hypnotic techno. The release includes artists like Telegram, Booz, DJ Surgeles, Echologist, Fixon, Giri, Jokasti & Nek, Mari Mattham, Oblivian, Oliver Rosemann, Ricardo Garduno, Ritzi Lee, Stanislav Tolchakev and Szmer. Today, we present Hussein’s “Ascenion” track which transports you to another time and space with its quiet yet powerful energy that leaves you mesmerized as well as Jabloski’s “On Own Beach” which is a driving work which obliterates all in its path.

Our newest De-Konstrukt release comes from a UK native, from Paisley named Ross Hillier. Ross who has had some great success recently, having been signed to labels such as Suara, Sleaze and Elektrax has graciously provided 2 original Techno tracks, that certainly made an great impression on us. 'Cosmic Transcendence' is the name of the EP, and we are delighted to have him on the label. His 2 originals are raw, driven and cosmic, as Ross incorporates Techno sounds that seems as though are being transmitted from somewhere out in the galaxy, beaming down towards earth. He does a magnificent job in carving out his own place with his uniquely diversified sound in his 2 originals. 

On the remix duties, there is no shortage of talent on this one. We are proud to bring you Ukrainian DJ and Producer, the widely popular Yan Cook, remixing the main track Cosmic Transcendence. Yan goes straight to it, and keeps the momentum going with his brilliant remix. Following right behind him, we have Argentinian producer Juan Trujillo, as he completely smashes 'Back To Reality' with his powerful rendition. Overall a stunning EP that we are proud to bring to you here. Enjoy!
