Over the course of a decade, Wata Igarashi has risen as one of techno's most accomplished DJs and producers. His highly aesthetic trademark sound is as heavily psychedelic as it's driven by its stern kinetic energy. It's often overlooked that Igarashi is much more than a torch bearer of the raw hypnotic techno he became known for. He's also a very accomplished and versatile musician with a deep understanding of the cause and effect of sound design. His skills are fully on display on 2023's full length "Agartha", a film score to a fictitious movie about the mythical underworld of planet Mars. It was a rather obvious idea to cross the bridge between this epic deep listening album and Wata Igarashi's techno persona by having him remix himself. As you might expect, the "Agartha Sorcery Acid Mix" has turned out to be a masterclass in psychedelic designer techno. It's slightly slower in BPM as the usual Igarashi fare but every bit as captivating. The "Floating Against Time Shimmering Mix" shows another intriguing facet of Wata's spectrum. Let's call it: Psychedelic Deep House. KOMPAKT's very own Michael Mayer couldn't resist to turn the Godzilla soundtrack-ish "Ceremony Of The Dead" into a positively hysterical minimal disco operette. And then there's the "Fusion Mix of Abyss II x Darkness" by Philipp Stoffel, a fresh Cologne DJ and producer from whose AKTE club nights a label with the same name is about to emerge. He's definitely one to keep an eye on in 2025.

Following up last year’s “Derailed Perception” EP, Yigitoglu returns to SCI+TEC with “Beyond Redemption,” a powerful collaboration with Finback. Anchored in their signature hypnotic sound, the release pushes deeper into emotional territory, crafting immersive textures that resonate beyond the dancefloor. Irish-born, Manchester-based Kerrie is a multidisciplinary artist and DJ.  Having garnered a rich musical education through working at and holding a DJ residency for one of the UK's most respected record shops, Eastern Bloc, Kerrie's in-depth knowledge and unwavering dedication to music shines through her notable back catalogue and bolshy, unforgiving DJ and Live sets.  Honing her craft for over a decade, Kerrie achieved a milestone at the start of 2024 when Tresor announced her as a resident DJ. 

Following well-received releases on labels such as Don't Be Afraid, Cultivated Electronics, I Love Acid and Symbolism, Kerrie launched her imprint Dark Machine Funk [DMF] in 2020, and also debuted on Blueprint Records with her "Raw Regimen" EP.  Truly welcomed to the Blueprint family, Kerrie delivered her second EP "Transient Belief" in 2023 and joined the crew at label showcases around the globe. 

Since 2023 she has been fully committed to the studio and accommodating her increasingly busy tour schedule, forging a long-lasting path fuelled by drive, passion, authenticity and a community-first way of thinking.

She's now back on James Ruskin's label for her third Blueprint outing.  The "Act Of Resistance" EP showcases Kerrie's refined approach to techno, blending moody industrial tones with dub overtones and intricate sound design.

We are delighted to present to you the very first Vinyl release of an in-house discovery, Rethe debut. It’s a breeze of fresh air of dynamics and Ideas, his debut shows how techno can be technical and functional, but at the same time impactful and filled with emotions. Petals contains 6 tracks, making this a mini LP, but we want to call this a full-length work engineered for DJs, each cut is studied to the core and created to be as functional as possible yet emotional.
