The 47th release on Madloch's Crossfade Sounds features a brand new collaborative project from Omar Fayyad, Gaser, and Flei. Hailing from Eygpt Omar Fayyad is a veteran of label having appeared back in 2012 with his 'The Future' single. Now 4 years later he returns with fellow Egyptian producer Gaser and vocalist Flei for a single alongside remixes from Madloch & Ubbah and Partenaire.

The release begins with the original mix and the studio synergy between the three is evident right away. Smooth vocals and soft textures make for a dramatic intro before the kick drops and the track begins its poignant journey. Delicate motifs lead into the first break where the full vocal gets showcased amidst a wispy backdrop. Continuing as the kick drops the vocal storyboard progresses with mesmerizing lines and trailing effects. Emotive keys complement the sparse groove perfectly while the vocal carries the production into its second break. Growling bass swells sit at the foundation while Flei's silky stylings continue on an endless hypnotic loop, taking you further into dreamland and on to an exhilarating conclusion.

The first interpretation of 'Made' is provided by Crossfade Sounds label boss Madloch and Argentinean artist Ubbah. This duo's connection has proved strong with Ubbah opening for Madloch on his recent Argentina tour and also appearing on label affiliates Sound Avenue and 3rd Avenue. So a collaborative project seemed to make perfect sense and the results are predictably spectacular. From it's dubby, atmospheric beginnings it proves to be an intoxicating audio collage from start to finish. With one foot on the dance floor and the other in the clouds it's a dreamy creation of the highest order. Dulcet rhythms power the glacial groove as the vocals trail through the framework with a gated yet airy flair. It's makes for a trippy, emotive take and a great complement to the original as well. A gorgeous remix from Madloch and Ubbah which you're sure to be hearing a lot in the coming months

The second and final interpretation of 'Made' is provided by Partenaire who is making his debut appearance on Crossfade Sounds. The Argentinean artist recently made his debut on label affiliate 3rd Avenue with his 'Innervisions EP' released just last month. For his 'Made' interpretation Partenaire's deep and minimalistic approach has provided to be an excellent complement to the previous two versions. Anchored by heavy kicks and a shuffling groove it builds a wonderful cadence as indistinct vocals trail through the framework. The main break teases the vocal just a touch more but keeps the dubby vibe of the mix nicely intact, before those effortless melodies and big beats carry you to a smooth finale. Gorgeous remix from Partenaire who is proving to be an artist to keep a close eye on this year. It rounds out another strong offering from Madloch's Crossfade Sounds in style. Don't miss it.

Release is called: End Of All Things and it consists three original tracks as well as remix from talented Berliner Franz Alice Stem whos production has been released on likes of Click and Trapez ltd as well as cooperated with leading artists such as Ramon Tapia, Rainer Zonneveld, Just Her, etc

Main track of the release End Of All Things is a true underground scene anthem with its extremely groovy basslines and synths perfectly blended with dreamy vocals. Afraid of Us is a title of the second original mix in the release and it is filled with wonderfully crafted sounds of warm synth and piano..The Beginning Of Nothing is the third original mix with it's edgy melodies of monotonic sounds and marvellous atmosphere. 

One and only remix done by Franz Alice Stern of End Of All Things offers dramatic techno masterpiece, from exciting arps perfectly blended with those vocals to the outrageously groovy basslines with the twist of true modern Berlin sounds.

As we check off another year for Steyoyoke Recordings, we would like to thank you for joining us on this wonderful journey and appreciate your continued support. To mark our 6th Anniversary, we invited some of the best producers to create remixes of our favourite Steyoyoke tracks of 2017. The release will feature remixes from Hernan Cattaneo, Audio Junkies, Martin Roth, Simon Doty, Nairo and Township Rebellion. The anniversary vinyl will be showcased and sold at our 6th Anniversary Party at Ritter Butzke in Berlin.

Opening the release is Hernan Cattaneo and Audio Junkies’ take on BLANCAh’s “Talus”. The result is pure energy with playful rhythm, soothed by melodic synths. Reinventing Soul Button’s “Paramour” is Martin Roth, who certainly adds a bit of forthright edge and deeper undertones to the original mix. Next up is Simon Doty and Nairo’s version of Nick Devon’s “Overflow”, which unleashes vivid elements scattered across heavy bass lines. The fourth and last track in this release is Clawz SG and Nick Devon’s “Syndicate” remixed by Township Rebellion. Saturated with explosive attitude, this remix surely won’t let one stand still!

Exclusive Enzo Elia & Odd1 'Dirty Hotel'

For his latest EP 'Connecting the Dots' Enzo Elia teams up with three befriended artists - one for each of the tracks that are featured on the EP. 'Dirty Hotel', the first take of the three tracker, was produced with Engrave Ltd co-label founder Dodi Palese under his Odd1 moniker. Beside the fact that you can feel the friendship bound over the whole 8 minutes and 2 seconds lasting track the duo created a 'monster', in the most positive way, that pushes its listeners to the boundaries of melodic electronic music. 'Dirty Hotel' builds up the tension with its very first beat before spheric synth pads are added that in the course of the track are accompanied by strings. All soundscapes combined eagerly wait to enfold their full potential to twirl and curl but lead to a xylophone solo before the synth chords blow up and finish what Enzo and Dodi started with the first beat: a melodic master piece.

@come-and-hell is an electronic duo, consisting of Mariana Perrelli and João Komka. They are long-time friends and played together for the very first time in 2012, at 5uinto, their traditional electronic night in Brasilia, which both are residents.

They are known for a string of quality releases, most notably their collaborations with Gui Boratto, Victor Ruiz and Xenia Beliayeva.

An exceptional talented producer of powerful and melodic techno and after having released on our Aftertunes. It is now time to let him shine on our label with an EP of his own. Together with remixes by Cliff de Zoete and Di Rugerio this is a beautiful melodic release!
The title track 'Exceptions' starts out with a powerful beat and has that real signature sound that is Yeröm. Quickly a full bassline is introduced together with metal-like percussions and whispering noises. Once the brass hoots its melody and the violins start screaming the magic of 'Exceptions' is complete. This is a track full with tension, harmony and power. Such wonderful work by Yeröm once again!
'Control' is something totally different than the title track. It has a real housy feel to it. Smartly placed percussions and a boomy bassline set the tone. A never-ending vocal slips in, giving it a mesmerizing touch. And once the piano starts playing, working wonderfully together with the rhythm of the bassline, 'Control' is born! The classical touch together with the grabbing vocal make this track a real beauty and will do some damage in the club for sure!
Cliff de Zoete finally returns to Aftertech Records and once again he shows us where he is made of. Mesmerizing bells take you on a journey right from the start. They slowly bring you to an upcoming melody that quickly is accompanied by a smooth bassline. While shakers and drums float around in the air the track keeps on gaining in power until the break arrives. The chord play of the bassline and the heavenly melodic elements make you drift away in Cliff's musical dream. A real masterpiece!
Di Rugerio turned the housy feel of 'Control' into something progressive. The main element is quickly uncovered in which a repeating melody plays the lead. A real classical build-up with layer on layer works great while the lead is accompanied by pads that seem to drift away like waves, taking you further into the track. When the break arrives and a sweet melody is added it all seems to come together. A beautiful serene track which is the perfect addition to this great EP!
