STUDIOVUOTO - Open Lab that focuses on the action of inhabiting space and the Earth. Founded by artist Valeria Muledda, Studiovuoto was born from the experience of walking and crossing arts-action (theater, dance, performing arts) and radical architecture. At the crossroads of art, research and activism, Studiovuoto's work is essentially process-oriented. It explores different languages and possibilities (participatory practices, sound and visual arts, storytelling, installation, performance and body-in-space practices, transdisciplinary practices of encounter and creation). Its activities integrate body-space relationship, the relationship with the living, vital practices of mitopoiesis, and practices of conscious presence as everyday tools of observation, perception and personal and communal transformation. Listening to the territory and its communities, the lab engages artists, inhabitants, collectives and researchers in shared projects of inquiry, creation and self-determination.

Very multifaceted avant jazz trumpet player from Sardinia. His style joins tradition of jazz trumpet with balkan trumpet style ad tipical phrasing of tradicional sardinian music.
He leads “Congregation” quartet/trio, publishing in 2005 “V IV MMV Death Jazz” (0007 ImprovvisatoreInvolontario), and the experimental-rock band “HardWin”. Also involved in special projects as remake on sardinian language version of “L'Histoire du Soldat” by I. Stravinskij where he has rearranged the music introducing launeddas and electronics. Member of “Free Sardinia Orkestar” there he joins his horn to the best tradicional and at same time innovative sardinian musicians. Born in 1973 in a small village of Sardinia, descending from a family of musicians, he learns at age 9 the
basics of trumpet, he plays in a wide range of contexts, from experimental jazz to traditional, from Caribbean salsa to romanì (gipsy) music of the Balkans etc. He has also performed with several musicians such as Steve Lacy, brothers Lester and Joseph “Joe” Bowie, David Murray, Roswell Rudd, Misha Mengelberg, Evan Parker, Lawrence D. “Butch” Morris, Alan Silva, Hamid Drake, Elliot Sharp, Andy Moor, Phil Minton, Michael Riessler, Tristan Honsinger,
Chris Cutler, as special guest with Boban and Marko Markovic Orkestar and with many others artist and poets like  Alberto Masala, Jack Hirshmann.
