Today we find ourselves back at home, together, after many months on the road from our various projects. 
Our core focus to finalise our forthcoming Singles, it feels symbolic that three years on we find ourselves coming full circle to finish this same song we started that very first day.

We reflect on how much has changed & how much is still the same. From my 9-5 desk job to now writing music & DJing around the globe. From his bed room ambitions to being the forefront of dance music subculture. What a fantastic year 2013 has been for Sudbeat with great music from Guy J, Chaim, Egbert, Pig & Dan, Petar Dundov, Ulrich Schnauss Hernan Cattaneo & Soundexile  and many more top producers, plus our first artist album from Guy Mantzur and also the launch of the Sudbeats series, and the brand new online store sudbeatstore.spinshop.com.
So to the first release of 2014, we bring up hot new music from the Frankfurt born, Berlin based DJ & producer Martin Roth.
As a classically trained pianist Martin spend most of his time at home in the studio making music and he has a number of cool deep and textured grooves.
He has released music on Get Physical and Anjunadeep and his tracks and remixes have been continually supported by the likes of Sasha, Solomun, John Digweed, Eric Prydz and  Photek. 
For this release on Sudbeat he delivers two tracks: 'Suite 909' is a hypnotic deep intense number with its rising pads creating a moody yet uplifting atmosphere before the synth stabs land giving a timeless feel and a stripped back journey that encapsulates your mind.
On remix duties we went to Sahar Z, one of the best DJs and producers from Israel and co-owner of the legendary The Cat & Dog in Tel Aviv. His remix is a percussive layered gem that utilizes the pads from the original but with a chunky twist  that teases and wraps your senses around this hot remix.
Closing the package we have 'Epic Waves'. A subtle soothing enduring voyage that floats along effortlessly, before the sub by baseline lifts the feeling elevating it to heavenly warmth.
As you'd expect from Sudbeat, another superb release that will certainly be ticking a lot of boxes for many djs around the globe.

Low Steppa March 2014 Mix Session

Following hot on the heels of his ‘Feelin This EP’ on DFTD in 2013, up-and-coming German producer Aaaron is back and ready for more. His new, three track, ‘What Makes You Itch EP’ sustains the high level production seen in his last work and exhibits the Berlin DJ’s percussive versatility and commitment to rhythm. The title track begins with a chest-thumping tom and kick riff, slowly transforming into a medley of cowbells and evolving synth lines, all of which gets the party started. ‘Cray’ kicks off with pitch shifting cowbells panning back and forth, mixes a catchy vocal sample with an array of percussive snaps and rattles, plus a punchy bass synth. Perhaps the percussive pinnacle of the EP, ‘No Excuse’ feels like a late night drum circle meets fat analogue. Perfect for keeping the night alive, ‘What Makes You Itch EP’ is here to solidify Aaaron’s reputation as one of Berlin’s most important underground hit makers.

And.Id is an artist whose musical talents are impressively far-reaching, as his recent installment of the Back to Back series with Jazz interpretations of mobilee classics powerfully brought to everyone's attention. After a long spell in the studio with his B.A.N.D and a variety of instruments, And.Id has gone solo for his next project, "I Will Be There", and he's taking us back to the dance floor where he is equally at home, as his other releases on mobilee such as "First Talk" have shown.

Title track "I Will Be There" lands heavily with a punching kick drum and there is little release before the bass and groove come in, meanwhile B1 „Five“ brings back And.Id's signature jazzy sounds with some melodic piano chords.  B2 "Erotica" brings all of the elements together with a strong melodic bass line and punch kick, making it the stand out track of the release. Tthere is something for everybody in this package and it will definitely get you moving....enjoy!
