This piece is the beginning of a style which I intend to keep pursuing. It largely makes use of repetitious motives with slight variations at a very low dynamic to ensure that the sounds being presented will be absorbed effortlessly. The length, running at around 32 minutes, allows for the listener to "train" his or her ear to adjust to the aural spaces, lingering as each sound leaves and awaiting subsequent iterations, no matter how dissonant or fragile.
