Alright everybody here it is!!! The first release off the upcoming mixtape! This song is honestly one of my favourites I've ever made, it's such a journey start to finish. What I like about this song is it incorporates so many of my influences from epic cinematic Hans Zimmer esque lead sounds to 90's breakbeats, trance synths and techno drums. When I heard this track for the first time I was really drawn to Griff's incredible vocals so when I saw Zedd posted the stems I jumped at the chance to put my own spin on it. I really switched up the structure and the chords taking it from a radio ready pop song to a festival slapper. Making this progressive sound mixed with techno and tech house influences is something that I've been working away on for a few months now and it probably the purest form of music to what first inspired me to make dance music in the first place. I really hope you all enjoy it!
