Downtempo reminds me to decelerate, to take out the haste of my life, the ever so bustling activity and strive. Slow electronic styles remind me about one of my favorite spiritual principles: to back-pedal (Innehalten) whenever it is possible. This can also mean to listen to the space, the calm, peace and potential between two thoughts.

Or just listening to beats and melodies, to immerse. I contrast the stressful pulsing of life and feel closer to my real self - which maybe is something close to music.
