- "hombre plata is a LA Native with a deep appreciation for all genres of music. From the womb to his adult life he’s been surrounded by music. 

He fell asleep to classic masters as an infant and toddler, then played flute for multiple years as a child into his early teens. His parents quizzed him on classic rock artists, and his grandparents opened his world to jazz. He discovered an affinity for house music during his time both in and after university. Now, he’s set out on his own journey to craft and mix sounds into electronic arrangements that tantalize the eardrums. 

While still exploring his artistic style, he’s committed to showcasing his journey with friends, family, and fans who appreciate his honest approach to production. He remains committed and true to himself, foregoing the need to submit his music to labels to pursue his own sound that he hopes people around the world will listen to and enjoy. And, while dreams of label acquisition are certainly on his mind, he hopes that they will come naturally and unforced. Crafting a unique sound that sets him apart from other producers and takes his listeners on a journey is at the forefront of his mission. 

His albums and EPs represent an ode to yesteryears, where concept albums and artistic vision shine thru in an age dominated by simple singles and fast content."

WATCH VIDEO ON YOUTUBE: (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PahA9cOWJe4) During my first trip to Italy, I brought my DJ gear with me, hoping to play or record a set. I ended up creating a single, split set across two incredibly beautiful cities: Florence (Tuscany) and Positano (Amalfi Coast), recording from two very picturesque Airbnbs.

How I did it:
While traveling to Florence, I curated a selection of tracks to serve as the beginning of a melodic progressive house set. I then recorded the first half of the set live on camera.
Later in the trip, on my way to Positano, I prepared the second half of the set and recorded it live. To ensure a seamless transition between the two locations, I made sure to capture the merging song from both ends, recording both audio and video to help me blend the split sets together.

My gear:
I brought my MacBook Air, my Traktor Z1 controller and used the free earbuds that I got on the airplane lol. I also had my GoPro with me to grab the main footage and used my pixel 6 to get some b-roll before and after my sets.

The result was a melodic progressive house set from the heart.

Delivering a sound similar to Tinlicker, Yotto, and Cassian, Aaron's dynamic mix of fire and feels has resonated across Ontario, taking him to cities like Toronto, Markham, Richmond Hill, Hamilton, London, St. Thomas and Windsor.
