Charles Rebellion has been deeply embedded in the southern California rave scene since 1996 and has been crushing dance floors in both the Jungle DnB, and Bass music circles starting in 2003. He had his start pushing bass to the masses as an online radio show host (DnBTV.com) in 2006, while also playing events, outdoor festivals, and intimate desert gatherings both locally and nationwide. Charles has performed from Las Vegas to Philly, out in Bristol (UK) and Toronto (CAN). He has also held multiple DnB residencies in both San Diego and Los Angeles counties for well over the past decade while also continuing to stay eclectic with his deep arsenal of selections and bringing a different feel to every platform on which he performs. 

Rebellion loves to take the listeners on a journey through the music no matter what BPM range in the music. Balancing Leftfield sounds alongside familiar, high-energy-filled beats, he traverses through sub-genres and obscure grooves seamlessly within the bass music realm, bringing something fresh and rewarding to the dance floor every time.

Originally hailing from NYC, this veteran of the Drum and Bass scene began his underground adventures in 1993. Obsessed with exploring underground music and culture, he began his journey as a DJ in 1996. He visited events on the East Coast as far north as Toronto, as far south as North Carolina, and every major city in between. He first visited San Diego in 1998 and instantly fell in love.  He returned to NYC to take a job on wall Street in 2000 knowing that he would definitely be returning to his forever home. In 2003 he moved back to San Diego and started an online radio show and production brand called Audio Gangbang. He was invited to his first ever battle in Dec 2005, where he took first place in SoCal's first ever Drum and Bass battle Kombat, beating out well known Dj's from Los Angeles and San Diego, cementing his reputation for destroying dancefloors with precise technical mixing and scratching. He has opened for numerous big names in Dnb such as Sub Focus, Mampi Swift, Gridlok, Capital J, Breakage, R.A.W, Limewax, Dylan, Ant TC1, and numerous others. After an 11 year hiatus to reboot his career, this veteran is back and ready to unleash his DJ skills on the masses once again.
