Stijn Vanmarsenille - Nuclear

Iakob is the DJ and production project of Georgian artist Jacob Surmanidze. After graduating from CES (Creative Education Studio) in 2016, he founded the label Rebell Union, and launched the Iakob project in late 2021. His music has since appeared on labels such as Diffuse Reality, Rebell Union, CoolKidz Records, Platz Fur Tanz, ONI Recordings, Presstechno, and more—building a sound that blends power with precision.

This mix is a deeply personal one for Iakob. Every moment was carefully chosen, making it a long-awaited milestone in his career. Contributing to the BCCO mix series marks a special moment.

FORMS is the new live techno project from Brian Sanhaji and Monoloc,
two artists who have shaped Frankfurt’s uncompromising sound for more than two decades.

FORMS – EMPHAZE
A sonic triptych built for dark rooms and focused minds.
With EMPHAZE, FORMS present a tightly sculpted three-track EP that explores the raw architecture of modern techno,uncompromising, immersive, and physically direct.
Each track reveals a different facet of the duo's sound while staying true to their shared aesthetic: minimal structure, detailed execution, and relentless drive.
Emphaze unfolds gradually through pulsing sub bass, washed-out textures, and subtle modulations. The result is a hypnotic, tension-filled piece,perfectly suited for the late hours. Tibanna follows with a precision-built, mechanical groove, dry, focused, and relentlessly pushing forward.
Surrender in Depth closes the EP in a meditative low-end framework, where tonal shifts and rhythmic layering sustain a deep, restrained momentum.
EMPHAZE captures the essence of FORMS: reduced, atmospheric, and deeply rooted in the moment. Techno without ornaments - just structure, pressure, and pulse.
