We know nothing about the newly emerging Fefe other than the fact that they hail from Down Under and, on this evidence, make classy club tackle. 'Trudd' is a supple, shapeshifting deep techno opener with sub-aquatic pads and churning rhythms. 'Bogged Under' gets more dark and heavy with drum pressure never letting up as spangled synths occupy the mind. 'Diddy's Rug' brings a lighter melodic touch with trippy patterns and hallucinogenic qualities for the afters then 'Fire Warden' is a double-time stepper with dub weight and urgent energy to make for another sophisticated offering from Danza Nativa.

In what feels like yet another full circle moment for us all at Delayed, and another chapter in a story started a few years ago via this Korean connection; we’re happy to present our latest premiere from one of our own, Griff aka Aspetuck and his track, ‘Sunny Conditions Will Continue For The Rest Of The Day’ off his forthcoming album, ‘Today is Tomorrow’. Marking the 38th release on the storied Oslated imprint, Griff’s signature warm, analog sound shines bright as he crafts an emotional journey through a diverse set of 10 tracks.

The aptly named ‘Sunny Conditions Will Continue For The Rest Of The Day’ starts off simply with a sighing melody and textured sounds giving structure that soon give way to an infectious kick and drum pattern. Almost immediately the groove sets in and never leaves, complemented by an undulating element that gives a sense of playfulness to the track overlaid with a soaring set of melodies.

Sunny Conditions, and in turn the rest of ‘Today Is Tomorrow’ will be released on the 30th of June via Oslated.

Mantras, repetitive actions, as words, and sounds, all have a similar effect on one's body. To recenter and provide space for introspection. From the physical to mental the benefits ring true, all supported at the core by a steady framework of inhaling and exhaling.

Expanding on these concepts, the latest compilation by French imprint ‘Just Breathe’ continues their devotion to experimental and avant-garde music. As the label states, ‘In Echoes, each track is conceived as a distinct resonance of a common breath. That breath is the label's core - a free space where different sensibilities meet, unconstrained by genre, yet guided by a clear vision: one of atmospheric, emotional, and deeply immersive music.’

Module X33 from label head, Möhne Seide begins with a heavy rhythmic base, the aptly named track filled to the brim with modularized textures that lend movement and a sense of unpredictability. Progressing on, drone-like melodies start to emerge that give space, and elevate the track to a crescendo of ethereal, melancholic voices.

Inspired by a 3 month period recording and interpreting dreams, the performance uses glacier sounds recorded on Polar expedition c/o the Alfred Wegener Institute – a centre for polar and marine research, alongside sections of dream prose to create a live improvised performance that evokes the inter-connectivity between environmental change, and the collective subconscious. Recorded live at Freerotation 2019.
