First day with Abstrakt Instruments Avalon.  Was working through the manual and got to playing around and had that 'oh shit I should probably record this' moment.  I know people have been curious to hear these so I thought I'd post it.  I'm not trying to emulate a 303 here but rather exploring the mod envelopes on the Avalon.

Probably longer than it should be, but I was actually doing this for about 3 hours.  o.o

All sound is a 32 step sequence on the Avalon through Strymon and Boss effects.  The saw out is taking the place of the sub osc and is mixed with the square wave.  The only modifications are to the various envelope and filter settings on the Avalon itself.

Here's my first stab at a slow (Tech house speed) trance track. This is a result of messing around with Cubase and Serum. It's C minor chord pattern gives a thoughtful essence which I felt suited the name of this track. Enjoy.
