Qilin's artistic journey began in Peoria, Illinois, where he was born, and blossomed further in Canton, Illinois, where he grew up. Now residing in Denver, Colorado, Qilin boasts 16 years of experience crafting bass-heavy soundscapes. This passion ignited at the young age of 16 when he began DJing, evolving into production at 21. Deeply influenced by the roots of dubstep, dub, reggae, and hip-hop, Qilin curates a signature sound that shines through in his work.
