GAME BOY started recording and releasing music in 2017.

GAME BOY was proud to release his debut album "Press Start" on March 1st, 2017. Since that album's release music lovers from many different walks of life that have given his music a chance have been enthralled with its sublime mixture of EDM with melodic Chiptune nostalgia. The debut albums success culminated in being named as a finalist for the 2017 MusicNL Electronic Artist of the Year Award.

GAME BOY's second album "Give Me Five More Minutes!" was released on February 28th, 2018, it was received with an even larger amount of critical and commercial success than his debut album. It has been praised for showing how much GAME BOY has improved since his debut, special notes often appreciating the newest electronic subgenre to join GAME BOY's repertoire, Electro Swing. The songs feature a mixture of Video Game, Pop Culture & Newfoundland references, and if you give any of them a chance you will be treated with something wholly unique.
