For March's edition of The MUSAR Show (303 day), acid fanatics Posthuman delivers a 90min journey through the many uses of the Roland 303, serving harmonically almost 100% of sounds by the ever-present appreciation for the mighty 303.

The duo, cousins Rich Bevan & Josh Doherty, have been making music together since the late 90s, run the well-respected "I Love Acid" clubnight around Europe, as well as the vinyl-only label of the same name, and their main imprint "Balkan Vinyl".

Posthuman's have an extensive back catalogue of releases on labels such as Lobster Theremin’s 10PILLSMATE and There Is Love imprints, X-Kalay, Tusk Wax, Dixon Avenue Basement Jams, Shipwrec, Craigie Knowes as well as their own imprints.

After much anticipation, here is the recording of Tin Man's live set from Acid Camp #6 with John Tejada. Johannes Auvinen has become a master of his craft. Live programming and mixing between two Roland TB-303 and a carry on worth of gear to create his raw undulated acid sounds. Thanks again to Absurd / Acid Test for making this possible.

KILLEKILL PODCAST #28: Alienata

Stellar OM Source is a producer who never sits still. Always growing with each new release, the French woman arrived on a wave of dreamy and evocative synth pieces then went on to make Drexcyian techno and acid laced sci-fi soundtracks. She’s done so over the course of eight albums and a handful of EPs mostly on Rvng Intl. and though quiet on the release front for the last couple of years, she still serves up compelling club sets. 

Her mix here is a short, snappy and freaky one that leaves you wanting more. It’s a  selection composed entirely of Belgian music because, she says, "I wanted to give back some love to the people of the country where I live. So many great talents and so much inspiration. Most tracks have been given by the producers themselves." From frazzled industrial techno to haunting EBM, sparse atmospheric tracks to groaning electronics, it packs a lot in over a short time and is utterly refreshing.
