It's funk maverick and disco boogie twister Adam Funk back in business for the prolific AFC label, and you know that means only one thing: party-time. The dude serves up a whopping nine new cuts on this devilish EP, all of them well-suited to a Saturday evening spin on the ol' decks, at prime time. "Hotter Than Hot" is a lovely, slo-mo boogie attack with a funk sensitivity, while "Big City" is our favourite due to its grizzly bottom end, synth keys and electronic percussion swing. Make sure that you also check "Move Ya Feet To Da Boogie Beat", a funky-as-hell boogie bombshell for the winter months. All in all, a fine blend of boogie, funk and disco groovers.
